1. Assessment

 This is a comprehensive 1-on-1 full body assessment with a coach. We take time to understand:
1. Your current movement capacity: joint by joint
2. Your exercise & lifestyle history 
3. Your short and long term goals

You’ll go through a Functional Range Assessment with one of our certified Coaches, discuss what’s held you back before, and identify exactly what success looks like for you—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

2. BLUEPRINT

 Using everything we learned in your assessment, we design a short-term 1-on-1 coaching phase focused on:
1. Addressing mobility deficits & pain points
2. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching 
3. Building Strength & Conditioning capacity that aligns with your goals

You’ll meet with your coach regularly, receive some combination of personal training, nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, and begin establishing the structure and rhythm that future success depends on.

3. INDIVIDUALIZED programming 

 You’re no longer starting from scratch—you’re moving, training, and showing up consistently. Now we shift to an individualized program that’s:
1. A Training Program designed FOR YOU
2. Updated regularly based on your progress
3. Completed in a semi-private or open gym environment
Backed by coach oversight, guidance, and accountability

I opened Basis because I wanted to be the person people turn to when they’re ready to chase their biggest ambitions. Coaching has taught me that curiosity, empathy, and play are what actually help people make real change, and I try to bring those into every interaction.

 My goal is to build spaces and communities where belief is contagious and the work is meaningful. I’m buoyantly optimistic, and I want people to feel that…to experience health and strength as something fun, empowering, and possible for them.
And at the heart of it all, I’m building a life that supports my family and allows us to invest back into the community we love.
